Car Crashes

Did you know that car crashes are the top killer of young people worldwide? A new study out of Geneva shows that people between 10 and 24 are the ones being killed in car crashes. Most fatalities occur in developing countries with poor road safety conditions. Can be believe there are nearly 400,000 young people under 25 killed in traffic accidents every year and also millions more are injured or disabled. An important obstacle to health and development is the lack of safety on our roads, said a director general of the World Health Organization. Young adults and children are the most vulnerable.
