Earthquake in Chili

Last week there was a terrible earthquake in Chile that caused a landslide of rocks. This caused the rocks to fall into a small fjord which caused massive waves 25 ft high that swept away 10 beachgoers. As of Sunday, April 22, only 2 bodies had been found. The earthquake was a 6.2 magnitude quake. There was no tsunami after the earthquake but the waves were created by several landslides into the sea. There were some boats in the area and the waves destroyed them. Large trees on the coast were uprooted and dragged into the water.
