Salmonella Probe Adds More Fresh Produce

As it it wasn't bad enough to hit all the tomato farmers with this, now the government is about to start testing many other types of fresh produce. They are hunting for the source of the nation's record salmonella outbreak. They are keeping quiet on what other vegetables are getting checked. We in Iowa are eating all kinds of tomatoes and no one has gotten sick. We raise a lot of them in small gardens around here and it is quite hard for us to believe there is a problem with the tomatoes. We feel very sorry for those farmers whose living is dependent on their crop of tomatoes.
