Bad Weather

We have sure had our share of bad weather.  So have a lot of other people in our State.  But the flooding is the worst.  I feel so sorry for those whose homes have been completely flooded basements clear up to the first floor.  I saw a house yesterday where the land on a hillside had given way due to too much water in the ground and the house had begun to slid down the hill, ruining a beautiful home.  It was on what you would think of as a sturdy hillside of dirt, not sand or some other material that would give way.  It is rare. My son-in-law took some pictures of one of the storms coming to our town as he was driving to work. They are quite the sight.
