Home Made Soup

It is a cold, wet gloomy day today and I have decided to make a big batch of home made soup. Our favorite is an old German recipe which starts with a good beef broth. Then you add rice, diced carrots, diced potatoes and cooked stew meat and it's juice to it. Add a little more beef buillion for flavor and you've got a delicious soup that will last you a couple days.
