Weighty Isues

The average American is growing fatter but not for lack of information on getting thin. In 2004 there were 2523 new health and fitness titles published. In 2005 there were 2475 new titles published. In 2006 there were 2215 new titles published on health and fitness. The marketplace is filled with advice to lose those pounds and build muscles. What has been proven to work every single time? It is cardio, hydration, sleep, resistance training and solid basic nutrition. That is what works. Consumer Reports recently surveyed 2058 adults about weight loss and found that 41 percent are currently trying to lose weight. Ten percent had purchased a diet book in the past six months. It goes to show you if you want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more and eat healthy.
