Her husband, Michael Douglas and their two young children are her main priority not acting. It used to be that she couldn't see beyond the script. Now she says "script"? She won a 2003 supporting actress Oscar for her role in Chicago. She married Douglas in 2000 and they have two childres ages 6 and 4 and live much of the time on the island of Bermuda. She said "at a certain age in Hollywood, you have to find the material you want to do". They have 4 homes. They are in Manhattan, Majorka,Spain and a farm in Quebec, Canada.
