This online university is excited about it's newest book release titled "Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change". Three faculty members at Capella University co-authored the book. One of these was Sara Orem, who in addition has her own coaching firm. Individual coaches of executives and managers will derive the most benefit from this new book as they work with those managers and executives to bring out the strengths of their employees with whom they deal on a daily basis to create good changes in their organizations. If you have been considering an online university but didn't know if you could afford it, please check into their website and you will see they have both financial aid and tuition help. More than 70% of their students receive some form of financial aid. There is Federal, Non-Federal Student Loans and Scholarships and Grants. Your real-life experience, in itself, may qualify you for credit toward your degree through a credit petition process. You may qualify for employer tuition reimbursement. Many employers offer this benefit. Mine does. Contact your Director of Human Services and find out what they will do for you. A number of them receive reduced tuition for their employees. I know of several people I work with that have received their Bachelor's and Masters Degrees exactly by doing this thru their employer. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
