Managing the Training Programs at the Pentagon has been the main focus for capella university. They have developed a podcast just for this purpose. It is called "Inside Online Education" Podcast and is aimed at meeting the training needs of the military. Carla Chladek, herself a student at Capella University, is featured on this podcast.
