Cold Weather Hits South America

What happened to Global Warming here? They had such a cold snap in three South American nations that three people have died. Two exposure deaths were reported in Argentina and one in Chili. The temperatures dropped to 8 below zero in Rio Negro in Argentina, while they saw snow in Buenos Aires, the first since 1918. In Bolivia, heavy snowfall blocked he nation's main highway and forced closure of several airports.
