360 Degree Feedback

360 degree feedback is a tool used by employers and human resource professions to help clients with their professional development. Through the use of questionnaires, they gather opinions of employee's colleagues instead of just getting the usual feedback from their boss. The employee then can receive a report they can use to help them in their professional development. Now a new 360 degree feedback has been introduced. It will be an aid to coaches to help build the confidence of their employees. A lot of people have low self esteem and this will help build them up so they won't feel this way and will be much more confident in what they can achieve. A lot of companies use this as part of their appraisal and development process. If you are in the market for something like this, please check into their website and get lots more information about this.
