Texas Baby Where Are You?

We know where he is but he sure is hesitant to make an appearance in this old world. His little cousin has been here over a week already and he was supposed to be too but guess he wants his own birthday. Think he will be arriving soon and Grandpa and Grammy are sure excited to see him. IF he knew how excited everyone is, I bet he would show his cute little face soon.
