Prostate Cancer and PSA Tests

My husband had his second PSA test in about a month and first it went up to 8.3 and then it dropped this week to 7.2. We are praying it will continue to drop back to normal which is 4 or lower. He will have another test in March and again in June, both at his doctor and the V.A. He had radiation treatments 7 years ago so that isn't an option anymore.
