Transunion Settlement

Can you imagine that a company such as Transunion gave out credit information on people who had applied for credit. This was done back between l987 and 2000 and it was illegal. Therefore, a Transunion Settlement has been set up and very experienced and competent attorneys are in charge of finding those who have claims. There is a simple form to fill out and mail in to see if you have a claim. I can't remember if we applied for credit during those years or not. I guess I should check back through my files and see what I can find. There is a $75 million dollar fund set up to settle those people's claims who had their information divulged illegally. I believe it is a good thing someone found out about these illegal actions, don't you?
