Strawberries

We love strawberries. They are so good over shortcake, cake, ice cream or even with Cool Whip on top. You can use them so many ways. A good strawberry pie is delicious also. Our niece makes a great strawberry poke cake that is soooo good. I like to keep a couple packages of frozen strawberries in the freezer all the time so we can have them at a moments notice. They thaw good in the microwave.
