Egg Recall

I am sure you have heard of the huge egg recall. Millions of eggs were destroyed but many were saved, pasteurized and baked into safe to eat products. Our state was hit hard because many of the eggs came from here. We had good eggs in our store all the time and didn't need to worry. That was good as I made cookies and we had them for supper. I made potato salad with lots of boiled eggs in it and also egg salad sandwiches. We were so glad we could get eggs we didn't have to worry about but sad fo those who couldn't.
