We exercise daily for 30 minutes, walking on our Gazelle. We watch what we eat, but do we lose weight - no. Now I heard there are foods that burn fat but what are they and where do you get them? It has been my experience that the Internet will tell you anything you want. Therefore, I went searching on my computer and by golly, I found out that there are actually things you can eat that will burn fat. They can actually increase your metabolism and help you burn off fat. There are 10 of them recommended and also some other fat burner alternatives. It pays to research these things to see which may help you burn off some of that fat you have been wanting to get rid of.
