Our niece has always been very interesting in fixing every one's hair. She just loves to do manicures and pedicures and show you how to do your makeup so that you look your best. Now she is graduating from high school and considering cosmetology as a career. Because we live near Minneapolis, we knew that a Regency Beauty Institute would be an excellent place to further her education.
