Winter has taken its toll on our complexions. Staying inside so much has left most of us pale and our summer tans have faded long ago. Now is the time to get started on that tan so that you do not burn once Spring and Summer come and you get outside a great deal. I want to see what is recommended for the best tanning but also I want to save money at the same time. I know sometimes you can purchase tanning creams and lotions that actually do not even help you tan and you have thrown away your money. It pays to really investigate before you buy.
