Instant Mashed Potatoes

I know - when you heard those words, you thought Ugh, instant potatoes. But these are entirely different from any we have ever had. My sister-in-law told me about them so I thought I would get a package and try them. I am sold on them. You can keep the packages in your cupboard and you can have a bowl of the most delicious mashed potatoes you have ever eaten. They are made with real Golden and Russet potatoes from Idaho and flavored with real butter. A package serves 4 unless you are really starved, then I think it could serve 2. However, we usually have enough for 2 meals. They are called IDAHOAN and are in a little package like blueberry muffin mix. It only takes about 5 minutes to make them and they are ready to serve. I have baby back ribs in the oven with Cookies BBQ sauce on them and they are about ready. The house smells so good.
