Mexican Lasagna Home Cooking

There is nothing like a good old tried and tested recipe to get your mouth watering. I made Mexican Lasagna last night. I like to let it sit overnight and the juices soak into the tortillas that you use in it. It turns out just as if you had used lasagna noodles. It is delicious. I can smell it every time I open the refrigerator and it smells wonderful. It will be even better when I bake it and at the last minute or so add a covering of shredded cheese to melt slightly before serving. Yum!
