My neighbor has a small garden but she gets quite a lot of produce out of it. Today she brought me over a nice bunch of fresh green onions. They are not strong onions either and enjoyable to eat. You can add them to your salads, chili, casseroles. There are lots of uses for them besides just eating them as they are. She has quite a crop every year. I look forward to the radishes and tomatoes too.
