Rhubarb Cake

I baked the rhubarb cake this morning and yum yum, is it good. I took some to my daughter and also to the neighbor as it made a big 9 x 13 cake. That's a lot to eat by myself. It was a cold morning so was good to have the oven on. Now the sun is out and is heating things up again. It would have been nice if the daughter that brought me the rhubarb could have been here to help enjoy the cake too. Nothing quite like fresh rhubarb. You can freeze it over the winter but it isn't quite the same.
