Sunday night was the night we were waiting for. It was the night of the Super Moon. That is when the moon gets its closest to earth. It was just beautiful. As it rose above the trees, it was completely orange, just like our Harvest Moons and then it became white. My grandson captured this picture and it shows it very well. I am so glad it cleared up and the sky was clear so we could see it.
