Dangerous Cold and Wind Chills

Many schools and even business have closed today because our temperatures are way below zero.  It hasn't been this way in 20 years.  Anyone under 40 has never experienced temperatures like this.  The wind chill brings it down even farther to -50 or even -60.  The sun is out which makes you feel better.  However, it does nothing to warm anything up.  Even animals are suffering if they are an outside animal or pet.  Tomorrow will be slightly warmer but not a whole lot.  Then it should start warming to 30 by the weekend.  Everyone will be happy about that.
