Falling Leaves

Wow! The tree leaves are falling early this year. There are lots of yellow leaves everywhere. That is bad enough but the farmer harvested the corn east of us and now the yard is also full of pieces of corn stock leaves. I think that is worse than the leaves. They say it is early for the trees to lose their leaves. I have seen both that we will have a mild winter or a very severe cold winter this year. I hope it is mild with less snow this year. Nothing we can do about it but guess we should enjoy the beautiful colors of the leaves at this time of year.
