Chinese Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sweet and Sour Chicken, I believe, is my most favorite Chinese dish of all.  I like lots of others but if I can have only one choice this would be it.  Here you see it served at home.  It is delicious and colorful.  What is your favorite Chinese dish or dishes?  I kind of enjoy the fortune cookie too in our local restaurant.  They have a great buffet that is always fresh.

Homemade Tacos and Chinese

Sounds like a weird combination doesn't it?  However, we had them on different days.  I have twin daughters and one drove over to visit on Thursday.  We had a great visit and then we went to her twin sister's for supper.  She makes a homemade taco shell out of hot roll mix.  So we pigged out on tacos for supper and then had frozen fruit cups for dessert.  It was all delicious.  Then yesterday the 3 of us went to the local Chinese restaurant for lunch.  They have a buffet along with their menu.  We all had buffet and got plenty to eat.  We sat around for a couple hours and visited there too.  It was a neat couple of days and I don't think we got talked out yet :0)
