There are certainly all kinds of Holloween masks and also costumes. Kids can be most anything they want today. But those costumes are 5 times the price they were when we were kids. We didn't have the money to buy any, so our Mom dressed us up free. We went out and collected gobs of candy, eating lots along the way, I am sure. We had a very good time and things were dangerous like they are today. Parents didn't need to go along with their kids to be sure they were safe. Here you see one of the great grandsons getting ready to be Batman. Looks pretty fierce doesn't he? :0)

Halloween
It will not be long and Halloween will be here. We do not get many kids coming to the door where we live, but it is fun to see those that do. Our neighbors have 4 and there are 2 next to them so we should have a few kids. I like to see their costumes. I hope it is good weather for them. Some years it has rained and others it has snowed. It would be good if it was nice weather for a change. The kids have a lot of fun dressing up.

Lady Bug Baby

Our little great granddaughter, Kaelyn, was dressed up like a Lady Bug for Halloween. She was the cutest Lady Bug on the block and then some. It is so much fun to see the little ones in their costumes.
The little girl next door came dressed in the most beautiful princess outfit complete with little lights that lit up on her skirt. She had a hat too but she didn't want to keep it on. She is just a little over 2, going on 3 and she was having fun with her Mom. Mom was dressed in a vikings outfit with a regular Viking cap with horns and chartreuse green eye lashes. It was funny. We have a lot of fun seeing the costumes.
