New Computer

My son brought me a new computer.  Mine died after quite a few years of use.  I have been using a laptop in the meantime.  So glad to have it to fall back on.  It is good to keep up with everyone by email and I like to send ecards too.  Of course, every day I check into Facebook to see what my friends are up to.  Lots of birthdays to celebrate this time of the year.   It's been a long cold winter so it is good to have something to do besides watch TV.  Many days it was just too cold to go anywhere, not even to go out and get the mail.  Had a couple blizzards too.

Computers

Computers are a wonderful invention as long as they are working well.  Yesterday, my computer decided to die.  It quit just like that with a noise, sign on the screen of the monitor or anything. I thought the lights went out all over but the rest of the lights in the room were on so I knew there was big trouble ahead.  I was so happy I had this laptop to fall back on and almost everything I need is on it.  I don't do as much work on my computer as I used too but it was always there if I needed it.

Gift Ideas for Women

My best friend's birthday is March 21 and I need some gift ideas. For a couple of years I got her flowers. It is very hard to buy other women perfumes unless you know it is exactly the fragrance they love. However, at this website they have a wonderful selection of other cosmetics and body care products that would just fit her or anyone else on your list perfectly.

She works very hard in a Human Resources Department and I know something to relax at home with would be fun for her. The Ninendo wii would be a wonderful gift that she could enjoy with her family too. They have family get-to-gethers quite often and she could also entertain and play with her Grandchilden, as well.

Another great gift for her would be a laptop that would enable her to sit in the living room with her family without being isolated to their home office with the computer. She would absolutely be thrilled to get such a gift. I know I am not going to have any problem finding different gift ideas for her this year.
