Tony Little Gazelle
The Gazelle is the best exercise machine that we have found that works for us. It is low impact and easy on your knees. My husband didn't think he liked it at first and always walked 2 miles a day uptown but that got boring. Then the weather turned cold and he decided to try the Gazelle. He found it worked his legs better than just walking uptown did. We both walk 30 minutes a day and that is great for your health and body. Today it is so hot you wouldn't want to walk far but you can walk on the Gazelle in front of a fan or air conditioning on days like this and enjoy your walk. We have it in front of the television so it doesn't get a bit boring.

Tony Little Gazelle Exercise Machine
We hunted all over today and went to 5 sports stores, 3 big stores like Wal-Mart, Sears and Target and saw everything but what we wanted. We decided to cancel the parts for our Gazelle which is 10 years old because they wouldn't come until March 3rd. So we went online and found what we wanted, gave them a call and they are shipping it free to the house in 7 to 10 days. It is about the same, maybe slightly smaller. Only difference we could really see was the weight limit on our old one was 350# and this one is 250# and neither of us is that heavy and the warranty was the same as one twice the price. We have been exercising 30 minutes and more every day on it and really miss it. I moved the exercise bike in front of the TV where the Gazelle sat for the time being and will ride it instead. It is better than having it in the bedroom away from everything.

Our Exercise Machine
We have a Gazelle machine like Tony Little advertises on TV. We really like it because it is low impact walking and you can do all kinds of things on it. You can go as fast or as slow as you wish, but you must be sure to bend your knees when you are walking on it. It has a timer so you know how long you have walked, how fast and how many calories you have burned. My husband walks 20 minutes a day but I do good to get 10 minutes in on it. It is great in the winter when the snow flies. Much better than trying to walk outside.
