Medical Malpractice

It seems medical malpractice happens more than we realize. I know a relative who recently had a major surgery and it was not successful. The surgeon is at fault and I think she needs to contact a firm that is knowledgeable in medical malpractice. I hope she will follow up on this as no doubt she is going to have a redo on her surgery and she should not have to pay all those expenses twice for this surgery. This has made a significant change in her life and I think she should be compensated for her injuries by her doctor.
