Iowa Sweet Corn

We think there is nothing like good old Iowa sweet corn on the cob. We have gotten some really good sweet corn from three different farms and they were all different. We liked one of them better than the rest. But sweet corn is a short season and you get it while you can. Candy corn seems to be the favorite of those raising it. However, if you can find some that is all yellow, it is really the sweetest and best and we got one batch of that. It was delicious.
