Mocking Hindu Customs?

A complaint has been filed in a western Indian court against Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar's Hindu wedding. The Hindu religious activist says their wedding made a mockery of Hindu customs. They were married first in a private civil ceremony in a castle outside London. Then they went to the western Indian city of Jodhpur in March and were married in a lavish Hindu ceremony. It is said that this was a marriage for commercial purposes but at the cost of religious feelings according to the complaint filed. Some of the other things they did was that Hurley did not remove her footwear while walking around the sacred fire at the ceremony and wore revealing clothes. We will have to wait and see what the court says about it.
