North Korea Nukes

It sounds like North Korea isn't going to meet a weekend deadline that was set to shut down its nuclear reactor. They are keeping quiet about whether it was satsfied with a U. S. solution that has stalled the disarmament process. This doesn't sound good. Washington has blacklisted the Banco Delta Asia for allegedly helping the North Korea launder money and pass counterfeit $100 bills. North Korea said this was the problem in their refusing to abandon its nuclear program. Money seems to be the upset.
