Wesley Snipes

Wesley Snipes is asking to leave the U.S. to work on films. Lawyers for him are asking a Florida judge to let the 45 year old actor leave the country while they appeal his three federal tax convictions. He wants to work on two films "Gallowwalker" and "Chasing the Dragon" in London and in Bangkok, Thailand. The first movie is scheduled to begin July 14 and the other in September. In April, he was sentenced to three years in prison on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns. He hasn't filed a return since l998.
