Mexican Foods

We visited our favorite Mexican food restaurant tonight. It is called Carlos O'Kellys and is the best we have found. It is what you would call American Mexican I guess as it is more spicy and the sauces are delicious. I love their Enchiladas San Carlos with both chunky and shredded chicken, two kinds of sauces and cheese sauce over that. Also served with great refried beans, a little salad and Spanish rice. It is just delicious. Now they have started a Senior Discount so that makes it even better. We love their cheese dip as well as the red salsa. And the leftovers are wonderful the next day too.
