Steak and Potatoes

I am making steak and mashed potatoes and gravy for supper. Along with green beans and crescent rolls, we will have strawberries and ice cream for dessert. I use minute steak, perhaps in a different way that some people would. I like to brown it well on both sides and then add enough water to the pan just up to the edge of the meat. Simmer it for 20 minutes on each side and use the juice and water for gravy. It is so tender, it falls apart and delicious.
