Fish Sandwiches
I found the best frozen fish fillets. You pop them in the oven for 23 minutes, turning them once and they are nice and crisp and brown. Put them on a bun with tartar sauce and they make the best fish sandwich you could wish for. I think that is what we are going to have for supper tonight. That and a nice dish of cold sliced peaches and we're all set with cold milk.
