Nerve Pain

I do not think there is anything any worse than nerve pain. My husband had to have an x-ray of his neck and an MRI this week. It would appear he will probably have to have surgery as a vertebrae and a spur are pressing on his spinal column. It is causing him a great deal of pain from his neck all the way half way down his back. They prescribed some pills and a soft collar he has to wear all the time except at night. The collar helps quite a bit but not enough. Will be happy to find out what the MRI says and what has to be done next.
