Tuesday Lunch Time Specials

Today I am going to see my brother. In his town, Taco Johns has a special on Tacos. He just loves them and can eat them with green sauce which really burns my mouth. So generally I love burritos so I change around and get different kinds of tacos and burritos to suit my tastes. So far, everything I have tried has been delicious. I am never disappointed and neither is he. It gives us a good chance to catch up on things and have a good visit too. It gets me out of the house too and I often pick up bargains at the store where he lives.

Taco Thursday

I joined my brother today for tacos. We had the best churros too. I like to bring home a couple extra burritos for later too. We usually go on Tuesday but it was a snowing, wind blowing day. The weather was the pits. It is about 15 miles to his place and then he drives from there. Today the roads were all dried off and it was great driving. This has been the best winter ever!! I hope we have lots more winters like this one.

Burrito Fajitas

Burrito fajitas is just one of the dishes on the menu of our new Mexican Restaurant. It seems every restaurant is different and you have to experiment some to find the foods you like best. I love chimichangas and that is what I had the last time I was there. My husband doesn't especially like their style of beans and rice but they are the last things I am interested in. I like a good main dish to go with them. They have the restaurant most beautifully decorated and it is very pleasant to visit.
