Sisters

I have two sisters and both live aways away from here. The closest sister is coming to visit this morning. That will be great as we will go out to lunch at the new Mexican restaurant. My husband isn't really as fond of their Mexican as Carlos O'Kellys so we don't go there very often. However, they have a great chimichanga lunch that I love so that is what I am planning to have. My sister had chicken enchilada lunch last time she was here and she really liked that. I am looking forward to her visit.

Mexican Night

Here it is Thursday again and it is Mexican night. We love going out of town for a good Mexican meal. It is fun to go to different places. It seems the food is always a bit different at each place. There is a new Mexican restaurant in a nearby town that we have not been to yet. This may be a good night to try out their food. My brother said he has been there and he really liked the variety. I guess we won't know till we try it.

Mexican Food

It's Thursday night and we went out for Mexican. We always go to our favorite place for TexMex. Tonight we had something called "Mexi Rounds". It is very good and they really filled the boat shaped dish very full. Neither of us could finish it all so we brought home some wonderful leftovers for lunch tomorrow and maybe Saturday too :0) It is so nice to come and go now in daylight too. Saw several deer in the ditches that had been killed.

Burrito Fajitas

Burrito fajitas is just one of the dishes on the menu of our new Mexican Restaurant. It seems every restaurant is different and you have to experiment some to find the foods you like best. I love chimichangas and that is what I had the last time I was there. My husband doesn't especially like their style of beans and rice but they are the last things I am interested in. I like a good main dish to go with them. They have the restaurant most beautifully decorated and it is very pleasant to visit.
